Yes. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand in my shop by me. No mass production, no assembly lines — just real craftsmanship.

Not exactly — and that’s the beauty of it. Leather has its own character, so each piece carries natural variations in grain, color, and texture. Your item is truly one of a kind.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually leave the shop the next working day.

  • Made-to-order items: Can take 3-4 weeks depending on the piece.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Yes. International shipping is available at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country.

We accept all major credit cards and supported WooCommerce payment gateways such as:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if enabled)

All payments are processed securely — we never store your full card details.

Unused items can be returned within 14  days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or issue.

You can cancel or modify your order before production or shipping begins.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.

Yes. It depends on current workload and the type of project.

  • Condition it occasionally with a quality leather balm.

  • Expect natural patina and wear — that’s how good leather tells its story.

Some items are one-offs, others restock regularly.
If something is out of stock, contact me and I’ll let you know if another is on the way.

All pieces are built to last, and if there’s a craftsmanship issue, I’ll make it right.
Damage from misuse or normal wear isn’t covered, but repairs may be available for a reasonable fee.
